Working with men and women of all ages, clients who gain the most success from hypnotherapy are open and ready, committed and and sincere about doing the work necessary. Even if you don’t have a specific goal or know how you want to feel – that’s ok. The process will help to clarify, build, guide, define and inspire you to find your path.
You are the pilot. You choose where you want to go. The work is yours; you own the results, the success, the joy and the freedom. You will be in a safe, neutral, confidential space while on a journey to discover things for yourself. You will be gently guided in the sessions by Nicolette, but you will learn practical tools that can be used anywhere, anytime.
It’s a personal inner journey and like learning, it takes desire, willingness, time and practice. Because of that, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to help you build up to the success you are looking to achieve. In the 3-Step Hypnotherapy Plan you will progress from learning to trust yourself and accessing your inner resources in session one to creating and choosing actions steps in session two and then becoming free from limiting thoughts; feeling more liberated and empowered in session three.

3 x 1 ½ hr Sessions; over 8 weeks
Session #1 : Learn to Trust Yourself
Learn how to relax and de-stress, trust yourself, your body and your mind. Become more peaceful, confident and clear. Get past the ‘ya buts’ and gain clarity about what is truly important to you – your goals, desires, dreams.
Session #2: Learn to Let Go
To move forward, you have to let go. Now that you trust yourself, learn to let go of the old stuff that is holding you in the past, or keeping you in a place that doesn’t feel right or good. Letting go of the negative beliefs, reframing the negative self-talk allows you to open up to lateral thinking, finding new paths and fresh action that will move you towards your goals.
Session #3: Liberation. Freedom. Empowerment.
You recognize that you are choosing differently, acknowledging your own value, respecting your true self, valuing and honoring who you are and enthusiastic about where you are going. You are using the tools automatically; they are working 24/7 (your subconscious does this) and the focus is now moving you in more positive, optimal directions.
Up Your Game
1 x 2 hour session
Whether it’s professionally or in an activity you love, there are always ways to improve, learn and grow. If you’ve found yourself experiencing a case of the yips on the golf course or are wanting to increase your confidence in the boardroom, there are techniques you can use to accelerate your capabilities and hone your skills that will help you achieve your goals.
This 2 hours accelerated process combines both hypnosis and NLP practices of language and kinesthetics.
Using the Mind-Body Connection Fertility Connection Method ™
Maintaining balance (body, mind, emotions) is even more important when you goal is optimal fertility. Stress creates an inner fight/flight feeling, creating adrenaline & cortisol; interfering with the body’s regulation of it’s systems (digestion, immune, circulation, endocrine, reproductive, etc.). Long term or chronic stress can alter the body’s hormonal patterns. Through Hypnotherapy, you can learn to decrease your stress and restore hormonal balance within your body.
By addressing an underlying block or negative belief, Hypnotherapy can help women feel safer, stronger, more confident and more relaxed about their fertility and pregnancy. The tools learned also aid by encouraging relaxation during fertility treatments, giving them a better chance of success.

5 x 1 ½ hr Sessions; over 12 weeks
While Menopause is a reality, suffering through it is optional. For some women, Menopause is a breeze, barely noticeable. For most, however, it feels more like a hot, alienating, confusing, frustrating, uphill struggle; something for them to suffer through.
The truth is, you don’t have to suffer. You can choose to thrive, instead.

When you are truly ready to stop smoking, but need help or structure or support to do so, this process is very successful. Yes, it is work, but when you really want to make the change, this process helps you find new ways to get what you really want and that makes it easier and more achievable. It is eased by clarity and action. This is not about blame or denying yourself of something, it is in fact a way for you to unlock the shackles of a habit and replace it with freedom and better health.
